Are You Dehydrated?

It's hot out there and with heat often comes dehydration. Here are a few tips on how to keep yourself hydrated during the summer - an important thing for your overall health.

1.) Drink water when you get up. You lose a lot of hydration while you sleep just by breathing.

2.) Keep track of your water intake. It helps you stay aware of how much you are drinking (or not).

3.) Before you eat, drink some water. Sometimes thirst can disguise itself as hunger. This trick can be good for your hydration and your waistline!

4.) Make your water more delicious. Add slices of fruits or fun-shaped ice-cubes to your drink. This can make things feel a bit more festive.

5.) Carry a water bottle and keep one in the car. Packing water will save you money and keep you hydrated!
